What will this cost?
Unpredictable legal fees can create fear and uncertainty when everything you love is on the line. In most cases, the total cost will depend on your needs and goals as we bill hourly for the time you need.
For appeals, we offer flat-fee arrangements to give you the certainty of what you will spend and to help you make informed decisions about appellate litigation.
And for work aligned with our mission, we also offer free, sliding-scale, and reduced fee work as capacity allows. Please know that while we hope to help everyone, our mission-based work prioritizes referrals from our existing partners as well as work with a state or community-wide impact.
